As most of you know the time approaches when we celebrate the important milestones in African American History. I have found a few books that are great to use to introduce, or build a lesson around your Black History Month activities. Check out these local books at your local library, school library, or at a local book store. My personal favorite is "Henry's Freedom Box" by Ellen Levine.
