SPRINGTIME GOODIES!

Check out these excellent resources just in time for SPRING! Be someone's inspiration!

Student Reflection

Constant student reflection of learning is one of the hardest things to keep up on as a teacher. If orally was good enough, then I'd be a pro. My students can tell me what they've learned in a heartbeat. However, for evaluation purposes the artifacts that count in my county are paper and pencil reflections. I designed these "exit tickets" for easy use and I try and use them at least once a week to get the students used to writing about their learning. Even if you do not purchase this, you can still get the same result by using a learning journal and have the students write 1-3 sentences about what they have learned, what was easy, and what was hard about the concept, skill, or activity. You'd be surprised to learn what they find difficult about your lessons. Enjoy! Be someone's inspiration!
